Improve user's productivity by giving them the ability to view CIF level or account level documents stored in OnBase without leaving Xperience. Users simply click on the OnBase icon located in the Xperience menu bar from within an account or CIF record, and this PowerOn retrieves related documents for that customer or account and presents them in an organized document view window in Xperience. Retrieved document settings are customizable.

View CIF or account documents from INFO-ACCESS directly in Xperience

Give users the ability to view CIF level or account level documents stored in INFO-ACCESS without leaving Xperience. Users simply click on the IA icon located in the Xperience menu bar from within an account or CIF record, and this PowerOn retrieves related documents and presents them in an organized document view window in Xperience. Features the document folder system, document sort and group functionality, and status icons native to INFO-ACCESS in the Xperience window with the ability to launch INFO-ACCESS directly to the customer or account record.

View Photo IDs from INFO-ACCESS for the customer record directly in Xperience.
